How to Use
How to Use
1. Fold at least once to make a pack sized for desired application and saturate with castor oil. Oil may be preheated or used with a heating pad or hot water bottle.
2. Position pack over the affected area and cover with a piece of plastic and heating pad if desired.
3. Allow pack to remain for an hour or more. 3.After pack is removed, cleanse skin with solution of baking soda and water (1 tsp to a pint) or use Castor Clean Towelettes.
4. Store in a plastic bag or other container in a cool, dry place.
5. Use pack daily or in a regular cycle (ex. 2-3 consecutive days a week) until results are obtained.

"I've purchased this product before at a store and am so pleased to be able to order it on-line directly from Heritage Store. In the past I tried making my own castor oil pack and this did not go well. I even found it difficult to locate and purchase non dyed cotton flannel. - Hi there! Yes - our Castor Oils can be used for hair, eyebrows and eyelashes. We recommend our Black Castor Oil for hair and scalp treatment and our traditional and organic for eyelash and eyebrow application. Our flannels are to be used in castor packs for overall wellness. If you wanted, you could try using one as a hair wrap for when you apply the oil to your hair, but it is not something we currently tout as a use for the product. Thank you!

- Why is the cotton flannel Castor oil pack sewn together? Are you supposed to fold this in half and soak up the Castor oil? Seems to thick.
