"I really could not tell you because when I received my product, it was all inside the packaging. I addressed customer service, to no avail. I sent pictures of the product with no more than 1 ounce of Castor Oil in the bottle when I opened the packaging. It is my hope that you will acknowledge my issue . I want a refund. It has been over 3 weeks that I have been sending the pictures to customer service p. I’m all set I just want a refund."

- Hi I have a bottle of castor oil that is yellow ..the expiration date is March 2024.. Why did it turn yellow is it still good?
- Hi there! The color can vary from batch to batch. Typically the oil has a tint of yellow to it - sometimes it is a darker yellow and other times it's very faint. It is safe to use prior to the expiration date, but we cannot recommend using it after it has expired. Thank you!
- Hello, I've been buying your Caster Oil for some time now but recently came across some information claiming that Caster Oil in plastic bottles are unsafe. I'm aware that your Castor Oil is in PCR bottles but all that means is that the bottles can be recycled. The plastic we use is BPA Free and the Castor Oil isn't leaching any harmful chemicals from the plastic. The product is tested for herbicides, pesticides, microbes, bacteria, heavy metals, and purity and potency. We also have the Organic Castor Oil in a glass bottle if you're interested in this one instead.
