"I have been using the original Heritage brand Hydrogen Peroxide mouthwash on a once daily basis after brushing and flossing my teeth and gums. I had some dental surgery done a few months ago and there are two areas in my mouth that still bleed slightly whenever I do this procedure. I also do a second routine of gum care but using a different mouth rinse. I do think the Heritage brand mouthwash is more effective and has been gradually improving those two bleeding areas."

Do you need to gargle your mouthwash or just swish? Also, do you rinse your mouth out with tap water after or leave it in your mouth undisturbed for a period of time? Thanks.
