We at Heritage Store recently launched our second-ever skincare regimen – the Aura Glow collection, four truly special products that blend intentional ingredients with the powers of clear quartz crystals. Inspired by a collection of radiant body oils founded by the brand in the 1970s, we’ve captured the spirit of mind-body connection in this modern twist on a much-loved classic.

Our new cleanser, eye cream, moisturizer and face mask all use efficacious ingredients you may recognize – squalane, bakuchiol, and fruit acids for example. But you might be surprised (and we hope delighted) to see that each product also uses clear quartz crystals. Why? Great question. Keep reading to find out.

What is a clear quartz?

The clear quartz crystal is gorgeous and glacial in its appearance, almost mimicking a mirror or a piece of ice. It holds a vibrant luster, similar to all our skin goals, and is believed by some to promote healing and growth. It resonates with every sign of the zodiac, and activates every chakra, making it a true crystal that everyone can benefit from.

What is it known for?

An abundant mineral found in many areas of the Earth, this silicon stone is also believed by some to help absorb, store, and regulate energy – putting you into a state of alignment with the universe and delivering a sense of balance or clarity. In feng shui, it is recommended to wear clear quartz on your body in some form to aid in bringing to light your manifestations.

How can you use it?

The clear quartz is also believed by some to be an amplifying stone, which means it gives back whatever you give to it.
