How to Make a Castor Pack

To make your own castor pack with our new Castor Oil and Wool Flannel Bundle, follow these simple steps:

  1. Saturate wool flannel with Organic Castor Oil.
  2. Place flannel over your abdomen or other area that needs support.
  3. If desired, apply mild heat to enable better absorption of the oil.
  4. Relax for as long as you need—we recommend thirty to sixty minutes. 
  5. When finished, wipe the excess oil off your skin.
