Edgar Cayce recommended taking both gelatin and beef juice to strengthen the body. Cayce said beef juice carried iron & B-complex in abundance, and helped improve assimilation of nutrients. Beef gelatin is approximately 90% protein and 8% calcium, and has traditionally been used to strengthen fingernails.

Directions: Mix one tablespoon of this unflavored gelatin with cold juice.
